This Privacy Policy describes how Partner (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information received in connection with sales made through the Target Plus platform.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to personal information received from or in connection with the Target platform.

1. Personal Information We Receive

In connection with orders placed through the Target platform, we may receive certain personally identifiable information and other guest information (“Personal Information”), including:

  • Guest name

  • Shipping address

  • Billing address (if provided)

  • Telephone number (if provided)

  • Email address (if provided by Target)

  • Order number

  • Product information, SKU, quantity

  • Shipping details and tracking information

  • Order status information (including cancellations and returns)

We receive this Personal Information directly from Target for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing related customer service.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We use Personal Information received in connection with the Target platform solely for the following purposes:

  • Processing and fulfilling orders

  • Shipping products to guests

  • Providing shipment confirmations and order status updates

  • Handling cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges

  • Providing customer support related to Target orders

  • Preventing fraud and complying with legal obligations

We do not use Personal Information received from the Target platform for marketing purposes.

3. No Marketing Use of Target Guest Information

We will not use Personal Information received in connection with the Target platform to:

  • Send marketing or promotional communications

  • Conduct surveys

  • Conduct contests or sweepstakes

  • Add guests to marketing mailing lists

  • Use guest information for advertising purposes

Personal Information received from the Target platform is used strictly for order fulfilment and related operational purposes.

Access to Personal Information is limited to:

  • Authorised employees who require access to fulfil orders and provide customer service

  • Authorised contractors performing operational support functions (if applicable)

All personnel with access to Personal Information are required to maintain confidentiality and use such information only for permitted purposes.

We may disclose Personal Information only under the following circumstances:

  • To service providers strictly necessary for order fulfilment and operational support (such as payment reconciliation systems or order management systems)

6. Relationship with Target

Personal Information received in connection with the Target platform is shared with Target and is subject to Target’s Privacy Policy.

We acknowledge that Personal Information provided through the Target platform remains subject to the Target Platform Selling Service Policies.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Personal Information, including:

  • Restricting access to authorized personnel only

  • Role-based access controls

  • Secure system access protocols

  • Internal data handling procedures designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse

We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary to fulfill legal, accounting, and operational requirements.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date above and posting the revised Privacy Policy within the Target “About Company” section.

9. Acknowledgement

We acknowledge and agree that:

(i) Any communication from Target regarding this Privacy Policy does not constitute legal advice and does not relieve us of our obligations under the Target Platform Selling Service Policies.

(ii) Target has the right, but not the obligation, to review this Privacy Policy for compliance with the Target Platform Selling Service Policies.
